About the owner

Hi. I’m Ken, owner of Ken Shelley Pool Safety Inspections.

A little about me? After growing up in Ireland and completing my apprenticeship as a carpenter/joiner, I made the move to Melbourne (1990) and continued in this profession. It wasn’t until 1995 that I enlisted in the Australian Defence Force, where over the next 19 years, I had the privilege to work alongside some of the best teachers, and mentors, this country has to offer.

Amongst the many valuable skills I learned during my time with the Army, I pride myself on my ability to understand, interpret and carry out compliance of all state and national government legislation and compliance laws. My attention to detail, problem solving and conflict management are also of the highest of standards.

So, when you engage Ken Shelley Pool Safety to conduct your pools safety inspection, you can feel certain that the person you are dealing with is a well trained professional. My only focus is to ensure the safety of you and your family.
